Reservations
can be made up to one year in advance.
Reservations are easily made by checking availability on the calendar link
above and calling Leslie Surta at 630-738-3526 to insure the time is available.
The rental agreement will be emailed
to you and should be signed and sent with your security deposit to hold the time.
Keys will be sent out once full
payment has been received.
You have the right to cancel your reservation with 45 days written notice (60 days required
for any dates in your stay falling between 12/15 and 1/6) and receive a full refund less a $75.00 cancellation charge.
Check
in time is 4pm, Check out time is 10am.
Out of courtesy to our guests and owners with allergies, no pets are allowed
in or around the home. No smoking is allowed in the home as well.
Telephone with answering machine, fax, computer
and digital cable internet access are all provided for your use free of charge, including all domestic long distance.
Heated
storage for skis,wet ski boots and clothing.
A 32 Jet Comfort Control System Hot Springs Spa is availible for your
use. The spa is cleaned and sanitized after each rental.
Linens and towels are provided for your use.
Housekeeping
service is provided before and after your stay and included in your rental fees. Mid-stay services are available for your
convience with advance notice and for an additional fee.
A laundry room with full size washer and dryer are available
for your use.
In the summer, a swimming pool, tennis court and basketball court are available for your use and are
located right across the street from the home. There is also a golf course and driving range just minutes away. The ninth
fairway of the Eagle-Vail Golf Course runs right behind The Exception.
Parking is available for up to 3 vehicles.
